Thrivent Corporate Lot Redevelopment

The redevelopment of Thrivent’s Corporate Parking Lot will include 92 housing units, 4,700 square feet of retail, and a seven and a half level parking ramp that will have enough room for 750 vehicles (chiefly serving Thrivent employees). This project will provide a mixed-use environment allowing residents to experience and benefit all that downtown has to offer. The apartments will range in size from studio to two bedroom.
