Cobblestone Lake is a 230,000 square foot community shopping center anchored by a 174,500 square foot SuperTarget. Building C, purchased by Hempel in 2007, is a 9,600 square foot strip retail building located on one of the Southeast corner of the center, with full access at both 155th and 157th streets. Anchored by SuperTarget, Building C is fully leased. In 2015, Hempel completed the development of a fully-leased, built-to-suit, 9,000 sf Edina Realty office building. Currently, Hempel is developing a strip retail building that will have three bays and be home to AT&T, Costa Vida, and space for an additional tenant.
