Brandon joined Hempel in 2022. As Director of Asset Management, Brandon oversees the financial performance and operations of Hempel’s owned and managed portfolio. Prior to joining the team, he spent over a decade managing numerous properties of varying asset classes and use types around the Twin Cities metro for a variety of clients. Brandon holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and LEED Green Associate credential and is a graduate of St. Cloud State University. He is the current President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Minnesota Chapter and has been on the Board of Directors since 2017. Outside of work he enjoys adventures with his wife and four daughters.
