Julie has over 30 years of experience in the Twin Cities Metro commercial real estate market with more than 15 years as a landlord rep for office, industrial, and retail properties, as well as 10 years in business development in the commercial general construction field with a focus on new business and relationship management for both RJM Construction and Anderson CC.
For the last 4 years, Julie was with United Properties as a member of the development team for the Gateway/Four Seasons project in downtown Minneapolis. Her primary focus was as the Sales & Marketing Manager overseeing all things related to the Four Seasons Private Residences.
Julie has a B.A. in Marketing from Augsburg College and was a 2-sport athlete at Augsburg. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and over the years, has chaired and participated on several committees in both organizations.
