Alex Jagiela

Alex Jagiela is a finance and capital markets professional with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, corporate finance, and accounting. Most recently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst, Capital Markets at United Properties, Alex played a central role in leading both sales and debt transactions, supporting over $500 million in total deal volume in 2024 alone. He has a proven track record of managing complex financial transactions and developing decision-making tools used by executive leadership.
Alex brings a deep understanding of real estate capital markets, joint venture structures, and financial reporting. His collaborative approach and strong communication skills have made him a key point of contact for lenders, JV partners, and internal stakeholders alike. Prior to United Properties, Alex held finance and accounting positions at CSM Corporation and CBRE.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
