Brad Engels brings nearly a decade of real estate and financial expertise to his role as Assistant Controller at Hempel Real Estate. Before joining Hempel, Brad spent over six years at Sherman Associates, where he rose from Corporate Accountant to Manager of FP&A and Accounting, developing deep experience in financial planning, fund accounting, and team leadership. His career began at PwC, where he honed his technical foundation as a Tax Associate.
Brad's blend of Big Four training and hands-on real estate finance experience makes him a strong asset to the Hempel team.
