Charlie Strobel joined Hempel Real Estate as a Brokerage Intern, quickly immersing himself in commercial leasing, client-facing property tours, proposal development, and deal tracking. His drive and reliability earned him a swift transition into his current role as Executive Associate, where he works directly alongside CEO Josh Krsnak. A former Division I hockey player, Charlie brings a team-first mentality and a relentless work ethic to everything he does at Hempel.
