Cindy brings nearly three decades of accounting and finance experience to Hempel, with deep expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and full-charge bookkeeping. She most recently managed accounts payable for a 50-property commercial real estate portfolio, handling high-volume invoice processing, vendor onboarding, insurance and W-9 compliance, and tenant security deposit refunds. Her background spans commercial real estate, construction, and professional services, including prevailing wage and union reporting, multi-state sales tax filings, and monthly bank reconciliations. She is proficient in RealPage, QuickBooks, Jonas, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Cindy holds a BS in Accounting from St. Cloud State University and an AA from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
