Courtney joined Hempel in 2025 as the Assistant Property Manager at LaSalle Plaza, a Class A office tower with over 653,000 RSF.  With over a decade of proven success in sales, management, and operations, Courtney brings a results-driven and relationship-focused approach to commercial property management. She supports the Director of Property Management in overseeing daily operations, preventative maintenance, budgeting, compliance, and tenant relations.

 

Courtney’s expertise spans critical thinking, project management, team leadership, marketing, budget forecasting, vendor negotiations, and process improvement. She has a track record of increasing profitability, improving operational efficiency, and fostering both tenant and team satisfaction.

 

Whether conducting property inspections, managing expenses with a strategic eye, or partnering with engineering teams to implement sustainable energy practices, Courtney combines precision, adaptability, and creative problem-solving to deliver measurable results.

 

Courtney is also a member of BOMA Greater Minneapolis and earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in Communication Studies, Management, and Leadership.
