Ryan Lothenbach joined Hempel Real Estate after graduating in 2025 from Miami University of Ohio with a degree in Architecture and Design. A Minneapolis native, Ryan brings a strong foundation in architectural planning, design principles, and creative problem-solving. Prior to joining Hempel, he gained valuable industry experience through an internship with PKA Design in 2023, where he contributed to design development and project documentation on a range of architectural projects.

At Hempel, Ryan combines his design background with a passion for real estate development, supporting the firm’s mission to bring fresh vision and lasting value to every project.
