Sarah Lommen, CPA, joins Hempel Real Estate as Senior Property Accountant. She manages property-level accounting across Hempel's Minneapolis portfolio, keeping financials precise, timely, and ready for review by owners, lenders, and auditors.
She brings a public accounting background in real estate, nonprofit, and commercial audits, including HUD compliance work on low-income housing properties.
Sarah holds a Master of Accounting and a BSBA in Accounting from Drake University. She is a licensed CPA in Iowa.
