Zachary Frey

Zachary Frey is a real estate investment professional with more than a decade of experience across debt and equity markets. As Vice President at Hempel Real Estate, he brings deep expertise in underwriting, capital markets, and investment strategy, supporting the firm’s efforts to source, evaluate, and execute opportunities across a range of asset classes.

Prior to joining Hempel, Zachary held senior roles at CrowdStreet, where he led investment evaluation and partnership initiatives and helped facilitate more than $750 million in equity placements. He also previously served as a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst at PGIM Real Estate, supporting capital deployment across multiple platforms. Zachary holds a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is known for his strategic mindset and comprehensive understanding of complex real estate transactions.
